A limited range of our products are printed onto kids t-shirts and bags. The products themselves, and the prints are both of a high quality and offer a fun way to purchase an artwork. The designs offered are part of our environmental awareness collection, and at this time include the koala, loggerhead turtle and the bridled nail-tail wallaby designs.

HOW ARE THE PRINTS CREATED?
The printing method used is direct-to-garmet (DTG) which involves the use of a digital printer that applies ink directly to the product. Water-based ink is applied in a single layer that quickly absorbs into the shirt’s fibres. The DTG printing method is precise and produces high-quality results.
WHAT IS OUR REFUND, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY?
There is a 30 day period from receipt of your order to notify us that your order has been damaged in transit or does not meet your satisfaction. Please contact us either through phone or email to notify us prior to returning your order, or part thereof.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for damage as a result of incorrect garment care.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please notify the courier upon delivery and only accept your order once the courier has made a note in their system. Then take as many photo's as you can to clearly show damage to the package and the product and send these through to us when notifying us. This will enable us to promptly replace your damaged order and make a claim from the courier company.
If there is damage to the product or print, please take photo's and send them through along with details of the fault when notifying us.
When notification is received, we will respond within 3 business days to organise a replacement or refund for you if your order meets the conditions of our returns policy. We may require you to return your items to us prior to providing a replacement or refund.
Adelai Art and design reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty and conduct a production and quality check if necessary. In instance that you have received a faulty item, our team will see to it that a replacement item is shipped as quickly as possible.
