Fine art reproduction - Beach hibiscus

Fine art reproduction - Beach hibiscus

The painting is of a beach hibisucs which is a native coastal plant in Australia. It caught my attention while taking photographs of the lighthouse at Cleveland Point. This painting captures it's delicate petals swirling around it's centre. The use of varied brush stroke size emphasizes the focus on the dainty flower which was painted using smaller brush strokes, with exaggerate brush strokes in the background leaving it to occur more out of focus.
